User Agreement
By downloading or using Aura, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Before entering the app, you must confirm that you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Aura provides daily photo theme challenges, local creation tools (camera/album import, filters, optional 15-second voice notes), a light plaza for browsing/liking/saving/short comments, a personal challenge wall, and consumable Coins for optional unlocks such as premium filters, frames/badges, and HD export.
2. Eligibility and on-device controls
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your region. Aura uses one-tap Continue access after you accept this agreement. Aura does not use passwords or server-side profiles. You can leave the session or delete data from Mine → Settings. Deleting data removes works, drafts, and Coins balance stored by the app on that device.
3. Community guidelines and zero tolerance
Aura has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations may result in content being filtered, hidden, or removed from your local experience, and repeated abuse is not allowed.
- Keep titles and comments safe for all ages
- Do not post illegal, violent, hateful, harassing, or infringing content
- Do not abuse reporting, hiding, or blocking tools
- Do not use Aura for private messaging, live streaming, matching, or voice chat — those features are not offered
You can report works or users, hide works, and block users from a work’s detail screen. Contact the developer at support@aura.app for safety concerns.
4. Your content
You retain rights to photos and text you create. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use and display that content in Aura. Official sample works shown in the plaza are provided for inspiration and cold-start display.
5. Coins and purchases
- Coins are consumable only
- No subscriptions, no auto-renew memberships, and no purchase recovery flow for Coins
- Prices are shown in the store and charged by Apple
- Failed unlock/export flows that deduct Coins are designed to refund the deducted Coins back to your local balance
6. Intellectual property
The Aura name, UI, and preloaded sample materials are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy or redistribute the app except as allowed by Apple’s App Store terms.
7. Disclaimer
Aura is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Theme challenges may end; when a challenge ends, new publishing for that theme can be closed while browsing remains available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aura.
9. Changes
We may update this agreement by publishing a new version on this site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
